• Efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment in the plant for zero electrical downtime and maximum productivity
• Involved in shutdown activities of various units in oil and gas
• To do site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning
• Coordinate for submission documents and approval, review of shop drawings, Architectural drawings which is related to M&E works
• Coordinate the safety management system on site
• Conduct the QC briefings for various discipline subcontractors.
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress
• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
• Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
• Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors’ claims
• Preparation of document (Cable schedule, Termination details, Work method statements, Risk assessment, Material tracker, Progress tracker)
• Project execution, technical support, coordination with design team, sales proposal & tender support, preparation of project specifications, technical clarification of electrical and ELV system, HVAC system and Piping system
• Initiate and get involved in project meetings, site progress meeting and internal department meetings with regards to project related matters, department operations.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques.
• Guide construction team to handle and deliver project effectively and efficiently
• Provide technical assistance to project team, fabrication team and commissioning team.
• Closely coordinate with inter departments to smooth process and project flow.
• Work closely with QA/QC department to maintain and achieve company goals.
• To do foreign green field plant earthing.
• Erection, Commissioning and maintenance of HT/LT switchgears of VCBs, ACBs and MCCBs feeders of MCCs, AC UPS and DC systems (Handled 22KV, 6.6KV of SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER)
• Conducting FAT and SAT testing for electrical & ELV systems.
• Testing and commissioning of various CT, PT, VT at switch yard and power grid (33/11KV, 400/220KV, 66/11KV, 765/400/220KV)
• Erection and commissioning of Access point for wireless infrastructure at process plant.
• Erection and commissioning of LV MCC feeders (460V) and transformers (20KVA)
• Execution of the Electrical, ELV system, HVAC System, U/G Piping- FW line, Cooling water Line, Potable Water Line, Plumbing and Sanitary system, Sewer and Drainage system
• To check with isometric diagrams while installation and prepare for pressure test, wrapping for UG piping’s, Wrapping, holiday testing works
• To check the coordination and install the Post indicator valves
• Ensuring for safe working conditions
• Experienced to maintain good communication and coordination with client and subcontractors.
• Documentation- Complete final documentation with customer satisfaction.
