- Perform scheduled quality preventive maintenance (PM) on a timely basis for TEL ALPHA 8S & 8SE VERTICAL FURNACES
- Provide high quality day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and achieving high equipment availability and reliability

- Analyze and resolve line problems to sustain Production Process/equipment
- Responsible for material/process/equipment qualification and Installation

- Rebuilding and servicing tool sub-components

- Ensuring good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
- Carry out PM and after PM qualification activities
- Responsible for ordering and replenishing tools spare parts
- Co-ordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives
- Also taking care of supporting tools like wafer transfer tool, measurement tools
- Lead the team of Technicians and Associate engineer for day-to-day activities
- Have good knowledge in SPC and SEC.
