• Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform scheduled PM and troubleshooting on TEL alpha 8S & 8SE vertical furnaces. Ensure high equipment availability and reliability (uptime > 95%)

• Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead team of technicians and associate engineers to achieve module objectives,Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, manufacturing, and quality)

• Tool Qualification & Installation

Qualify and install new equipment, ensuring SPC compliance. Hook up and test equipment, ensuring seamless integration

• Problem-Solving & Process Improvement

Analyze and resolve line problems, implementing effective solutions. Calibrate equipment, fine-tune parameters, and optimize performance

• Safety & Quality

Ensure good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment, and properties, Participate in Quality Improvement Team program, driving productivity and quality gains

• Technical Expertise

Proficient in SPC, SEC. Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and processes

• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Equipment Maintenance and Support

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SOPs for equipment maintenance and support. Conduct thorough Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAS) per specification to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on TEL ALPHA 8SE vertical furnaces and associated pumps to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled PM activities to prevent equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
• Alarm Management: Promptly clear alarms and resolve issues to maintain continuous production and minimize interruptions.
• Communication & Support: Report abnormalities and provide regular updates to senior engineers, and assist maintenance engineers in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

Service Coordination & Management

• Coordinated field service technicians to resolve customer issues in timely and efficient manner.
• Scheduled and prioritized service calls to optimize technician utilization and meet customer needs.
• Facilitated monthly meetings with Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) to drive service excellence and improve overall performance.
• Motivated and guided ASPs and field service technicians to achieve exceptional results and enhance customer satisfaction.

Installation & Maintenance

• Installed, maintained, and repaired electrical and electronic equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, utilizing hand tools and power tools to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshot and diagnosed malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools, identifying root causes of breakdowns and implementing corrective actions to restore optimal performance.
