  • Current member and sole representative of Singapore Polytechnic on a multi-agency working group to draft consolidated Singapore Standards guidelines for assessment of antimicrobial protection efficacy and durability of surface disinfectants and coatings (March 2022 - present)
  • Co-authored specific job scope (SJS) guideline documents for technology innovation staff, in accordance to the ITE and Polytechnic Scheme of Service job grade structure to streamline and enhance clarity on career advance in Singapore Polytechnic. Approved guidelines were implemented from September 2023.
  • Developed and presented the proposal on enhancement of technology innovation job designations to the Principal and CEO (PCEO) of Singapore Polytechnic. Proposal was approved and new designations were implemented by Human Resource department, from April 2022.
