Jordan Lam

as a platoon sergeant of an artillery radar detachment, i am to lead my men with pride and dignity and forge a path for them to move along. My role as a platoon sergeant requires discipline and the enforcement of discipline for those i lead, it also requires for me to be firm and knowledgeable about the radar i am operating, to be competent in planning and organizing the movement and timings to advance, to coordinate with other groups and work together, to be also proficient in leading and most importantly, the ability to connect and work with people from diverse backgrounds. My abilities were recognized by my nomination and promotion to a NSF second sergeant, where i continued to lead my men and grow my knowledge of the artillery radar until i passed on my role to my understudy.

I’ve interned as a software tester for Beyondsoft PTE LTD, during which, my job scope was to analyse the properties the printers sent for testing within the company and to monitor and track the fault and errors on the company’s software, classify and report them based on different variables such as Paper type and the environment.
