- Led Project AFFORD to establish a uniform methodology to assess affordability for oncology assets to facilitate pipeline launch decisions. Project facilitated key decisions for 17 new launches across APAC markets.
- Led Project GROW to establish a framework for price increases and led to the first price increases in corporate memori for APAC. Project was presented to senior leadership and led to additional 1.5 million in FY22 and 3 million USD in FY23 incremental revenue.
