· Over ten years of experience managing audits across public and private market businesses at GIC, including thematic audits such as Corporate Governance and leading the Risk Culture and Conduct Survey. Consistently identified and raised strategic, high-impact issues across compliance, reputational, and operational risk areas, demonstrating a strong sceptical and analytical mindset.
· Led and executed cross-department whistle-blowing investigations covering insider trading, conflicts of interest, data leakage, employee grievances, and complaints related to public and private portfolio companies.
· Served as Secretariat for the Audit Committee and Ethics Committee, collaborating with the Conduct Working Group and Employee Relations to prepare agendas, materials, and minutes.
· Acted as Staff Assistant to the GIC COO, preparing briefs, supporting internal and external engagements, and promoting public understanding of GIC’s mission.
· Directed teams in applying advanced analytics to audits and partnered with business units to develop and deploy large language models (LLMs) for detecting potential fraud and anomalous portfolio activities.
