Jun Hao Tan

• Leading the tax automation workstream for Global Minimum Tax (GMT) regime and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
• Spearheading the GMT process for the Group, including impact assessment, providing feedback to tax authorities during consultation, and scenario planning to optimize the position
• Lead all transfer pricing related matters of the Group globally, with specific focus on financing and services transactions
• Handles FATCA and CRS-related matters for investors of the Group's Private Funds
• Supported the Group's syndication of its first open-ended fund in areas of tax impact within fund modelling

• Gives talks at networking and recruitment events to universities, and to fellow CPA Australia members on experiences on the CPA Australia Professional Programme
• Organizes non-technical and soft skills events for CPA Australia members

• Involved in various international tax issues, including direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing for the ASEAN markets

• Involved in many projects involving both Singapore-based and Foreign-based multinational corporations
• Projects include several multi-country documentation in the Asia Pacific region, for a global dairy company and a regional consumer bank
• Types of projects include: TP planning studies; TP documentation; Treasury and financial services TP; Unilateral and bilateral Advance Pricing Arrangements; TP controversy (IRAS queries); and Operating Model Effectiveness projects (feasibility studies, design and implementation, sustain phase/living the model, business case for change) CbCR position paper and reporting Intangibles analysis (DEMPE)

- Involved in engagements of multiple Australian multinational corporation in consumer products, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, electronics and e-commerce sectors
