The Senior Instructor performs the role of a National Youth Developer by providing valuable field experience, technical nous and operation expertise in the outdoors. He/she also conducts an extended range of demanding and complex courses beyond the basic OBS programmes. The role encompasses the need for strong technical skills and good understanding of field experience to coordinate operations on the ground. He/she will be coordinating directly with the instructors in the field and contributing their experience to ensure safe and quality OBS programmes.

Outdoor educator with experience in both outward bound Singapore and other private outdoor education vendors. As an OBS instructor i am to perform the role of a national youth developer through the conduct of safe and quality programme. Working with participants directly on the field to impact them according to programme outcome objective
