· Learn and perform well-defined procedures within cGMP manufacturing environment
· Perform equipment monitoring, 6S housekeeping and maintain Kanban system.
· Perform basic laboratory tasks (e.g. IPC sampling, pH/ conductivity/ osmolality measurements etc.)
· Demonstrate aseptic technique in handling of product/ materials
· Perform basic process & equipment troubleshooting
· Multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to production schedule
· Use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logbooks & Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) effectively & competently
· Submit IPC samples via Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)Maintaining inventory levels
· Basic skill and knowledge of operations for media and buffer preparation supporting Upstream and Downstream operations, which includes set up and preparation of solutions and transfer to stainless steel and/or single use vessels.
· Basic knowledge of aseptic techniques as well as operation of Autoclave, COP, glass washer equipment and weigh & dispense as well as raw material sampling.

• Enhanced product quality by implementing rigorous inspection procedures and conducting thorough root cause analysis.
• Reduced production defects by designing and executing comprehensive quality control processes.
• Improved customer satisfaction levels with timely resolution of non-conformance issues and effective corrective actions.
• Streamlined internal communication, fostering cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Provide Technical support and Data Analysis for Quality Clinic with Ability to read / Interpret Drawings Info & General understanding of GD&T.
• Compliance to industry and Customer Standard to create standard work support and new processes.
• Ensure timely response to request for Information and support internal/external Customers.
• Daily Updates to various Quality Spreadsheets and analysis of updated Data. Provide Weekly metrics and charts for various Quality Systems and Programs.
• Monitor production repair progress, facilitating the flow of products to meet customer expectations and contribute towards annual sales.
• Determine status of PWMS Repair and Rework identified parts until R/R completion & Develop Knowledge Sharing material for training purposes
