• Train Fire Fighting course participants according to SCDF & WSQ guideline.
• Guide participants in accordance with COSEM Safe training practices
• To inspect and do safety checks around the premises.
• Be on guard for any fire breakout during events.
• Participate in national level contingency drills/exercise organized by MHA/Mindef/ other agencies.
• To render professional mitigation & decontamination services for chemical spillage/ CA/ BA incidents; outsourced by National Environment Agency, Pollution Control Department.

• Oversee on-going maintenance job or plant shut down mainly at Jurong Island & Shipyards; in regards with job safety
• Conduct regular WSH inspection and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance

• Attend site safety meeting (HSSE/VSCC) and rectify site issues
• Prepare minutes and conduct mass tool-box meeting
• Prepare/review job safety analysis to meet client's requirements

• Take charge and maintaining of administration work for all teams (Schedules ,trainings ,PPE's and document records)
• Conduct SIC for project contractors & new employees.

• Inspect contractor's work to ensure compliance within plant regulations
• Liaise with contractor's safety personnel/site supervisor in regards with the job
• Conduct daily patrolling on plant, monitoring and maintaining of Fire Protection systems and Alarm Systems
• Respond to all emergencies & fire alarm activations
• To conduct Fire, Hazmat & Rescue training to ERT members
• Assist HSEQ engineer in audit for in-house fire-fighting drill (cert audit)
• Assist operation technicians in tracing isolation valve in case of fire emergencies
