I'm an avid sports enthusiast since I was a kid, played for the football team during Primary School and was part of the Rugby team during my Secondary School days. Still plays football occasionally with colleagues and friends.


Massive fitness junkie and have lost over 13kg ever since I've started my fitness journey. Keeping fit also helps with physical health and our own mental well-being, which is crucial for a successful life.
