  • Your appointment shall be subjected to the following terms and conditions:
  • Wherever required and applicable thereto for your appointment, you may be scheduled to perform shift or split shift duties and working on public holidays accordingly
  • Due to the company operating hours, on top of the statutory working hours of 46 hours per week, you may be requested to work overtime
  • Regular Working days will be 6 days a week as follows; Mondays to Fridays (excluding one off day per week) 430pm to 1030pm Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday (including one-hour break time) 1030am to 1030pm
  • Your basic salary shall be S$1,800.00 (Singapore Dollars One Thousand Eight Hundred Only) per month
  • The Company shall pay the basic salary by the 5th of the following month through direct remittance to your Bank Account or Cheque payment
  • The Company shall make the necessary Central Provident Fund contributions subjects to prevailing CFP contribution rate and in accordance with any amendments thereto
  • You shall be fully liable for the payment of Income Tax payable in respect of your emoluments
  • You are required to work on all Public Holidays (except Chinese New Year) and will be given an off-in-lieu in replacement which shall be claim by year end
  • The Employee is entitled to paid leave of 7 days per annual
  • Where the employee's period of employment in the calendar year is more than 3 months but less than 12 continuous months of service, the annual leave entitlement will be pro-rated in proportion to the no
  • Of completed months of service in that year
  • The employee will be entitled to paid sick leave not exceeding: 14 days in each year if no hospitalisation is necessary; or 60 days (including the 14 days in clause 10a) in each year if hospitalisation is necessary
  • All other leave entitlements will be accorded as stipulated by the relevant statutory acts
  • Upon confirmation of employment service, you shall be eligible to medical consultation reimbursement by Government Hospitals, GP Clinic or Polyclinics
  • There will be a 3 months probationary period, after which we will review your performance and adjust your package accordingly
  • Termination notice or salary-in-lieu of notice by either party shall be as follows: Length of Service Notice Period First 2 weeks of Employment (1st to 14th day) 1 day 1 - 3 months of Employment 2 weeks 3 months and above 1 months
  • The Company may terminate an employee's services at any time should the employee be found guilty of any misconduct or undertake activities detrimental to the interest of the Company
  • The Company reserves the right to second/transfer you to another department/Company
  • The performance review for each employee will be carried out once yearly in December
  • The Company will be liable to pay compensation to the employee under the Work Injury Compensation Act if the injury is sustained by the employee arising out of and in the course of his/her employment
  • You shall not divulge during or after your term of employment any confidential information; knowhow and intellectual properties relating to the JEM BISTRO LLP
  • You must devote the whole of your time, attention and abilities during your hours of work for the Company
