• Designed the Finance Target Operating Models for Myanmar's largest bank and top global higher education provider
• Established RACI framework for one of the entities of global Pharmaceutical company
• Drove the functional workstream to implement Salesforce for a Global Higher Education provider, successfully rolling it out for 2 business units
• Built analytics dashboard using Qlikview for Singapore's largest container port

• Responsible for executing processes across general accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, budgeting and tax
• Revamped the 24-hour emergency hotline Finance processes, liaising with external agencies
• Performed competitive benchmarking and identified market opportunities in an industry segment to develop a go-to market strategy for a new line of business
