Retail Sports specialist responsibilities:

• Sales by guiding and problem-solving which products is best suited for them
• Handling customers feedback and finding solutions to any problems customers faced
• Inventory responsibilities on a monthly basis to ensure all products are accounted to prepare shrinkage report.
• Refurbishment of products as part of Decathlon's Second-Life program to reduce our environmental impact.
• Work physically with teammates in fast-paced environment at the Welcome Desk(concierge) and communicating across business units in an efficient and composed manner when manning the counter

Duty Manager responsibilities:

• Exercising leadership skills by managing teammates for the entire store
• Handling customers who requires the manager
• Animating the store to hit sales target
• Making ensure all facilities meet safety standards for both customers and teammates
• Managing the financial task to open and close the store
