• Spearheaded Grab’s diversification into food delivery in Singapore. Successfully integrated the UberEats business into Grab

Developed a pricing strategy for a large IT Infrastructure company in Singapore

• Worked with client to develop a new pricing model which they adopted. Revenue grew by ~20%

Manufacturing transformation for a global food manufacturer in New Zealand

• Led operational improvement work stream and delivered cost savings of c.US$150mil by providing an end-to-end solution that encompassed cultural, leadership and production-floor transformation

Enhanced production efficiency for a FMCG manufacturer in Singapore, Korea & Indonesia

• Led process improvement team and successfully improved pilot line’s Operating Equipment Efficiency by c. 14% and delivered total cost savings of over S$ 200k over 4 months

Shared service centre design and implementation for a top university in Singapore

• Led finance and procurement work stream to design and implement a multi-function shared service centre that helped the client save c. S$8mil in the first year of implementation
