• Worked with staff to refine the programs for execution
• Successfully executed the programs by engaging the youths to learn soft skills through group activities

• Volunteered bi-weekly during Youth Hub sessions to gain rapport with the youths for Youth Corps Program
• Engaged and bonded with youths during sessions through games and baking lessons
