• Conduct checks on toilets, common areas and ensure proper functioning of the equipment's within the facility such as fans, water dispenser, lights, etc
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and health regulatory requirements and especially with the IPC - (Health) Infection Control Measures and Safe Distance Measures
• Upkeep the cleanliness through constant checking and reviewing the system
• Check and review the logbook of the cleaners and ensure that they are in compliance with the house rules on PPE and Cleanliness
• Ensure that after every operational activity, workstations are clean and tidy
• Supervise and assist in-house Security and outsourced vendors conducts during Inpro/Outpro
• Respond to routine incidents within the red zone and ensure familiarity on the procedures and actions to be taken when dealing with incidents or emergencies
• Familiar with the Emergency Response Plans when dealing with Code Black
• Code Red and Code Blue
• Coordinate with Ops Centre with regards to any instructions or notifications
• Perform ad hoc duties any directed by the Team Lead, Dy Head Operations or Head Operations from time to time
