As a WSH Manager for CREC Construction, was tasked to handle and boost their safety performance to their Clients, (As below mention). By implementing various enforcement and Behavioral Based safety approach to educate the workers and staffs, prepared and present to client on the company effort on Moving Forward EHS Implementation, after their fatality accident in EXYTE (Global Foundation) Project last December 2022.

• Lead a team ESH personnel, mainly WSH Coordinators, to achieve the EHS targets and objectives.
• Establish and maintain effective EHS Management Systems for workplaces, projects and facilities, based on local subsidiary legislation and regulation, with their (MOM/NEA/PUB/LTA) Client’s Requirement.

• Multi task assignment, coordinate WSH issue in cooperate level, overseeing of multiple projects, participation in engineering level safety design is a must, need to handle 30 over sub- contractors and suppliers reviewing their Risk Management and Safety Culture.
• As Soilbuild is a BIZSAFE partner, need to assist sub-contractor to attain level 3 BIZSAFE. As most of the project stipulated in the heart of residential area, coordinating with the NEA for engaging Real Time Noise Monitoring system and with PUB on Earth Control measures at workplace.

Joint Venture by CB&I Lummus TOYO JV appointed by Shell (Company) for construction of Ethylene Cracking Complex (ECC Project).Construction of ECC project is been undertaken at Pular Ular, Singapore. This is a multibillion-dollar (approximate $6+ billion) project. Ethylene Project Construction Management (EPCM) responsible for design, engineering procurement, construction and cold commissioning. The Team ECC Safety Management System for the construction phrase for this project compromised with Team ECC SMS plan and procedures comply with ISO 18001. All construction company involves in the project will be identified as Implementation Contractors (IC). Achievement 39 Million Safe Working Man-hours.
