- To call prospects within the stipulated service level agreement (SLA), depending on the different channels, and attend to business account opening inquiries

- Manage 6 Business Banking Managers' (BBM) appointment schedules, ensuring that no appointments are missed out or clashed

- Direct eligible customers to OCBC's Online Business Account Opening (OBAO)

- Fulfillment duties during Covid-19 period, assisting BBMs submit and rectify (if any) their paperwork for account opening while they are working-from-home
