• Strategy formulation, development and set-up of Lazada’s warehouse, sort center and last mile hub network (more than 400 facilities)
• Development of feasibility studies for Logistics facilities (Drop-Off Points, Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers and Hubs) and delivery lanes (First Mile, Linehaul and Last Mile)
• Management of all fulfillment outsourcing processes and introduction of new fulfillment channels

• E2E project management of Thailand’s first e-commerce logistics park with a total land size of 200k sqm and built-up space of 120k sqm in collaboration with Cainiao (Alibaba Group)
• Successful 3PL contract negotiation and management of operations outsourcing of fulfillment operations to 14 3PLs across the region
• 8% operational cost savings and 15% space saving through the development and set of "FLEX” fulfillment facilities inside FMCG supplier warehouses in Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam
