• Supervise Construction work for WSH.
• Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE).
• Diploma in industrial automation (PLC Programming languages: Delta PLC DVP 20 EX2, Mitsubishi PLC FX5U, Siemens PLC S7-1200.
• Completed CCNA routing and switching from Network kings.
• Completed Microsoft SQL certification.
• Diploma in AutoCAD.

• Control and monitor the entire operation of HVAC (Chiller, AHU, FCU etc.) through PLC and SCADA.
• Use SCADA system to monitor M&E equipment and additional PLC programming works for A&A and troubleshooting.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance of all the BMS equipment’s.
• Troubleshooting the errors occurred in PLC and other sensing equipment (Sensors) in case of system failure.
• Ensures maintenance activities are carried out according to department SOP.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of material, parts, and equipment within budget limitation.
• Respond emergency calls from technicians to assist them to resolve the unexpected issues.
• Perform addition of new equipment into SCADA and undertake renovation projects.
• Experience in MODBUS communication protocol.
• Other Ad hoc duties assigned by the senior engineer and team leader.

• Responsible for supervision and monitoring of all M&E works.
• Review and analyze M&E design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, tender and all standards and regulations.
• Co-ordinate and closely follow up with the assigned sub-contractors for the timely submission of shop drawings, materials with sample for the consultant approval.
• Arrange meeting with the sub-contractors to discuss the progress of the project and plan for the upcoming works.
• Ensure that all the works carried out by the sub-contractors are in accordance with the approved materials, shop drawings and also the work is on schedule.
• Attend progress meeting with the consultant to update the progress of work at site.
• Interpret construction drawings (M&E) and obtain all the Quantities of Materials.
• Obtain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project on the hand.
• Schedule all M&E works from commencement to completion of the projects.
• To liaise with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors for the relevant submissions.
• Keep record of all M&E Logs such as material submittals, Shop drawings, materials list etc.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of all final fixtures.
