I have gained a multicultural perspective by understanding the human side of doing business across multiple geographies and this experience has helped me to adapt and gain the patronage of people, clients, partners & businesses associates, alike. I have gained tremendously by accumulating knowledge across regions – exposure to technologies – taking on challenges that none wanted, to my repertoire. This has helped me to be successful in key leadership positions from a relatively early stage.

Set-up International Offices
Lead the APJ Business Product Marketing team for Partner Solutions. Responsible for identifying, developing, evangelising, marketing and executing business solutions for product priorities via Partners. Responsible for driving partner adoption by META Clients & Agencies and growing enabled revenue via partner led product/service/feature innovations across APAC.
Key metrics: Partner Enabled Revenue, Incremental Revenue, Partner Adoption and Product Adoption.
Responsible for driving incremental revenue revenue through partner enablement and innovation. Responsible for piloting & scaling successful product-solutions initiatives via Partners, in the form of Regional Programs. Drive scaled adoption of Adtech - Martech - Creative(Video, Still Images, Stories) - Business Messaging - Commerce - Payment - Measurement, solutions by partnering with leading tech-companies & developers from the region.
Lead the Regional Business Development and Partner Solutions team focused on driving Revenue through Sales Solutions across the Facebook family of apps and services. Lead strategy, revenue growth, and business development via partners across Business Messaging, Commerce, CreativeTech, Adtech/Martech, Measurement(MMPs) and other businesses that enable client success across our platforms.
Work operationally with multiple cross-functional-teams to ensure systems and services support Client product adoption and growth via partners. Lead DE&I efforts across Business Engineering and Partner solutions team to find, grow, and keep diverse talent and create an environment of inclusion.
Collaborate with some of the most disruptive and innovative Partners to Drive 1:1 deep engagement for top 50 Clients and lighthouse based scaled adoption for SME advertisers.
Manage & drive BD in a complex ecosystem of Ads-Manager & Partners. Ideate & execute Complex Business deals across FB family of apps (FB – IG - WA - Messenger) through Partner ambassadorship with Sales & other key XFNs within APAC & globally.
Set-up Criteo India and took over the overall P/L responsibilities for the market. Set-up team to manage cu. Business relations and acquire new clients. Also, set-up a support team consisting of – HR, Finance, Tech Support, Campaign Ops, Sales-ops & Admin. As the face of PR & Media for Criteo India, I was actively engaged in thought leaderships talks – Interviews – Articles – representing Criteo in tech forums.
6th employee and 1st BD hire in 2010 – Stared commercial operations. Over the course of the 5years, I have led P&L/BD/CSM/Market Expansion functions across both the advertiser-centric & publisher-centric aspects of the business. Set-up Acquisition – CSM – Solutions Engineering – Sales & Operations - BPM - PR & Marketing, arms from scratch.
Responsible for devising a GTM for the products entry into Automobile vertical. Primarily dealt with CXOs’ & VPs’ at Automobile OEMs’ to present & discuss the capabilities of the product and get business sign-off.
Highlights:
1. Client Partnership at CXO/VP level.
2. GTM for India: Got 3 clients - GM, Skoda and M&M onboard within the first 10 months of my stint
3. GTM for Product: Prediction Engine and User Scoring Engine
4. Worked on conceptualizing a “Scoring Engine” for prioritizing leads based on User online & offline behavior
5. Set up Inside Sales function, to manage "E-Customer Acquisition" for General Motors and M&M
6. Managed the entire sale and operations deployment for Trilogy India, Automobile vertical
Was responsible for corporate & institutional sales from the region and for managing the dealers in the region. Managed corporate & institutional sales on both the B2B and B2C side of things. Responsibilities included: Managing & monitoring 28 dealers and 45 outlets spread across the region; Media Planning; Organizing events & Corporate Conventions and Training Dealer sales personnel.
Effectively managed relations with the Top 50 Clients in the region and ensured that Maruti Suzuki remained the top choice amongst the Corporate & institutional clientele.
Managed and maintained successful relations with Key Govt. Bodies, PSU Companies, DGS&D, IT/ITES Companies, Fleet Operators and Hospitality institutions.
Was a part of the niche team set up to give shape to Management Ideas. Following are the projects/ideas implemented by me:
1) Was responsible for setting-up and running the Online Retail – www.marutinri.com. The website/initiative was first of it kind it allowed people residing overseas to purchase and gift cars online. This was one of the most successful tech led ventures @ Suzuki and is the only manufacturer driven “Online Retail Programme”, till date.
2) Was a responsible for setting up the first 3 Maruti Driving Schools. Maruti Suzuki was the first company to introduce the SIMULATOR concept, these driving schools are the only ones’ in line with International standards. We laid the foundation and launched & manned the initial 3 driving schools; today the no of such schools has exceeded 100.
3) Was responsible as a Central Coordinator and Product Manager for Maruti Finance & Insurance. Maruti Finance and Maruti Insurance were 2 strategic initiatives from Maruti Suzuki in close coordination with leading Banks, Auto Finance & General Insurance Companies. These companies’ finance/insure Maruti cars under the mark “Maruti Finance” & “Maruti Insurance”. I was also responsible for formulating Marketing & Sales promotion offers, Relationship Management with allied partners, Developing CRM system for Maruti Finance & Maruti Insurance and a Dealer Payout System.
