Provide efficient support to boarding gate and counter officers in day-to-day operations, assisting counter and gate setup and teardown, working in close cooperation with about 7 people on the team and conducting standard protocols enthusiastically in evacuation and emergencies
Manage to multitask about four assignments simultaneously, such as reporting technical issues to the flight engineers, confirming the stocks with catering staff, monitoring aircraft interior cleaning and executing crowd management under flight delays and cancellations
