• Day and night duty officers: in charge of daily operations of the home
• Administration: Handover between duty officers, updating of cab charge files, fault reports, booking/recording of visitation and outings for residents, contacting of next of kin
• Handling of minor and major incidents: carried out investigation, preparation of report, following-up accordingly
• Management of behavioural issues for residents: worked hand-in-hand with caseworkers and nursing team to help improve residents' care plan
• Handling the daily needs of the residents
• Attending to donations from volunteers/ community groups
• Developing and conducting programmes and activities to meet resident’s care needs
• Supervising visitation and outing for residents
• Conducting monthly interviews for case update
• Working together with case workers to create a care plan for residents
• Assisting with environmental control checks
• Developing and assisting maintenance of temporary fixtures during pandemic
• Conducting checks for the safety of the residents
• Development of fall prevention awareness campaign
• Handling of secondary appointments: In charge of purchasing basic necessities for residents, bought clothes, undergarments, and slippers to help with upkeep of residents hygiene
