• Working hand in hand with external contractors engineer (ST engineering), ensure timely defects solving to minimize disruption to usage rate of centre achieving downtime rate of less then 5% every monthly.
• Keep track of logistic spares to ensure healthy lifespan of equipments and spares to change out in time of failure with no discrepancies during external audit.
• Role extended to managing infrastructure facility management contractors when accessing centre sensitive areas which requires heighten security clearance.
