Work History

Research Assistant

Zhao Yu Group
08.2023 - 08.2025
  • The use of asymmetric catalysis for the tandemisation of tryptamines and hydroxyketones was investigated.
  • The asymmetric catalytic reaction was carried out by Pictet-Spengler reaction and hydrogen borrowing reaction, and high yields and high ee-values were achieved in the standard reaction conditions.
  • During the course of the study, the reaction conditions were optimised to obtain the most suitable standard conditions for the reaction, and the mechanism of the reaction was investigated in depth.
