• Team Lead of Level 2 Application Support Analysts with people management responsibility Manage production defect changes and work closely with Development teams to provide strong governance for control for applications in scope
• Manage vendor for prioritization of issues, continuous service improvement, process improvement, cost management and audit issues. Conduct Monthly service review track SLAs adherence from vendors.
• Manage workload which is subject to changing priorities and demands
• Work closely with 1st & 2nd level support and development teams to ensure team is meeting the business’ requirements. Ensure team delivers on these priorities and communicated progress effectively to all stakeholders from SG/MY/TH/ID/CN/HK.

• Work with core project team include User PM, ITPM and Department Reps to refine and film up project scope of work.
• Provide technical impact analysis, solution, and development manday estimation for project requirement.
• Organize technical workshop, invite 30 users include business user from various department, bank IT and vendors to discuss list of interface, approaches, field mapping and trigger point between LOS and core banking (SIBS) via ESB middleware.

RHB Bank Project - Corporate SME Loan Origination System (CREST), BAU Tech Lead

April 2020 to May 2021

• Provide technical advice/solution to 5 developers that support BAU operation.
• Attend new requirement meeting with business user. Identify technical impact, solutioning and manday estimation of CR.
• Requirement from bank to build customer prescreen microservice API, Introduce and implement new microservice development framework to support build RESTful webservice with JSON.
• Design customer prescreen microservice architecture flow that support multi-threading, asynchronous/synchronous call.
• Leading small development team to deliver customer prescreening microservice API.

Achievements:

• Successfully rollout list of micro services API of customer prescreen into production, to serve bank frontend channel system.
• LOS application with about 500 daily user logins, showed remarkable system performance improvement following performance tuning process.

Pioneer tech lead of the project from kick-off until go-live. Project timeline : (15 months).

• With presale team for project bidding. To prepare RFP, SOW, Hardware Sizing and solutioning for Bank PMO.
• To interview and recruiting right technical resource to join project team.
• Attended business requirement and host technical workshop for detailed requirement gather. Understand business requirement and provide complete solution to user. Manage 12 developers to deliver list of technical specification document and interface definition document.
• Travels to Hanoi, Vietnam - Integro offshore development office for one month. Provide training and manage 6 developers to deliver development task of document template such as LO, CAS Print, and business report by using ELIXIR Reporting.
• Prepare technical documentation include system architecture, AIG, Application operation manual and Deployment guide document, provide training and support Bank IT for Application Setup in SIT, UAT and production.

Achievements:

• Implemented 35 new system interfaces with various webservice approach/technologies between LOS, Core Banking and Financial Regulatory.
• Project recognition by AFFIN Bank CEO and Project sponsor.

• Port-over and enhance existing application to support multi-country, system library/functional upgrade during project kick start stage.
• Prepare development/VIT environment before developer onboard.
• Attend business user requirement workshop, discuss with user to define scope of work
• Host technical workshop with bank IT, vendor B2B, CTOS and CBM to understand CCRIS Regulatory process and Credit Report Inquiry.
• Define work breakdown structure document and assign to 15 KL/SG developers.
• Provide intensive technical support and guideline to developers to complete development tasks
• Support Bank IT to perform application setup for SIT, UAT, PRD environment
• BAU Support of application for one and half year, occasionally perform fine tuning to stabilize system

• Involved in development of web-based order capturing system for company's subsidiary and liaise with team of off-shore developers and ensured change requests assigned were delivered on-time into various phases and on budget.
• Provided support during various testing phases (SIT, UAT, Preproduction, Production) and assigned out defects for rectification to offshore developers and ensured delivery of rectified fixes were within SLA.
• Provided onsite production L2 and L3 support during warranty period over at client site with fast turnaround of incidents investigation and delivered fixes into production within SLA.

EON Bank Project - Retail Loan Origination System (RLOS), Senior Developer
