- Coordinate with Project Management consultant, M&E consultant, Architect and User representative to achieve smooth flow of works, project goal and user requirements
- Organize, arrange and monitor submission for materials, drawings and samples approval
- Coordinate among archi/ builders and M&E Sub-contractors. Finding out discrepancies among M&E systems and submitting RFIs
- Assist M&E manager for monthly progress claims, design coordination, drawing coordination and technical coordinations
- Coordination with relevant local authorities.
- Site coordination. Monitor site progress and direct sub-contractors to follow up on outstanding site progress
- Ensuring all sub-contractor's installation are in line with code requirements, contracts, combined services drawing (CSD) and reflected ceiling plan (RCP)
- Prepare and issuance of main contractor direction (MCD) and site memo to sub-contractors if necessary
