Participate as core team member of UMC Fab12i P3 project to start up and establish relevant system from nothing to all.

Took the leadership of ASML KSCAN team to achieve remarkable MPD improvement and represent UMC to grab the gold medal in Taiwan sustainable and innovative competition in 2019.

Led KSCAN team to complete legend machine renewal project and recover MPD loss and continuously contribute more renewal project to improve the overall capacity, and to meet up Fab12i eHV80 production requirements.

Participate new parameters monitoring system and decode original data from ASML, to establish real time monitoring system for better control whenever the system is having mild or severe symptoms of alarms.

Alias with company sustainable core value, contributed ideas of cost reductions, without sacrificing machine performance nor quality of product, through experiment with vendor, to fulfill cost reduction goals and production demand.

Led ASML ASCAN&KSCAN team to upkeep and maintain scanners at overwhelmed condition to support production line

Ownership of ASML immersion scanner, participate PM, problem troubleshooting, hands on and diagnostic. Member of defect free group to well maintain scanner defect improvement.

Provide training to new hire engineers and assistant engineers, including PM execution, basic knowledge transfer, entry level diagnostic and solutions to problem solving.

SOP creator of ASML PM, troubleshooting handling, duty skill training and line support skills training.

Ownership of ASML I-line and ASCAN machines, participate machine PM, basic troubleshooting diagnostic.

Duty team to maintain production line condition, upkeep machine uptime and provide smoothly running condition of scanner machines

Participate training assistant to provide basic knowledge asml training to new hire engineers.
