With over 25 years of experience in the food & beverage industry across Singapore and Hong Kong, I’ve built my career from the ground up—starting at Raffles Hotel Singapore and evolving into leadership roles across food manufacturing, business development, and infrastructure management. My journey spans hotel F&B, food trading, and distribution, culminating in the founding of Entrée Ingredients Ltd, a premium food distribution company in Hong Kong. From a one-person start-up to a full team with ISO22000 HACCP certification, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of business growth, operations, and compliance. After over a decade abroad, I returned to Singapore and took on leadership roles at Koufu Group and currently at Wholesome Choice Concept Pte Ltd / Sarika Connoisseur Café, where I lead manufacturing operations and oversee retail infrastructure—including central kitchens, factory operations, leasing, fit-out projects, and renovations for 20+ outlets. I believe in leading with vision, empowering teams, and driving sustainable growth through operational excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
