Managed 8 information development projects for IBM's Security Systems Division, resolving project-related challenges and approving deliverables. Led the global team's strategy and process improvement initiatives, with 13 developers across the US, India, Italy, Netherlands, and Singapore.

Managed all technical writing projects at CrimsonLogic, implementing a user assistance style guide adopted by project teams. Provided technical editing, content reviews, and managed outsourced writing projects.

Junior project manager for Citibank’s Fixed Income Securities development team. Wrote and edited functional specifications, design specifications, user manuals, and training manuals.

Managed documentation projects for specific Microsoft Dynamics modules, which also involved writing and generating user manuals and online help for Microsoft's ERP modules for U.S. Payroll, Human Resources, and Canadian Payroll.
