Generate purchase order & delivery orders, Quotations & Invoices, Provide sales support to Sales team and prepare regular reports;
· Answering the phone calls and attends to walk in client;
· Assist in all aspects of accounts receivables process including billing, invoices, issuance of debit notes and credit notes, customers’ statements of account
· Assisting Sales Engineer in attending customer technical and product requests
· Monitor progress of job order and shipments adhering to deadlines or specified dates
· Responsible to ensure proper documentation and filling of invoice and job sheet
