• Acknowledging the alerts triggered from various tools like Foglight, AKAMAI, Gomez, ITM etc and fix the issues.
• Change Requests (CR) will be raised and follow up with the respective teams to implement the changes and ensure the task to be completed in time and without any issues.
• Weekly meetings with Business Users and L3 Teams to follow up the Incident tickets raised by Business users and discuss the procedures to fix the issues, target dates for production etc.
