Social Innovation Project

• FSP - Sex Trafficking Digital Awareness Campaign
• Conducted background research on university students and partnered with Family Services of Peel to raise awareness of Sex Trafficking Digital Awareness, providing ideas for publicizing and implementing the campaign.
• Created and operated social media accounts, produced promotional materials (posters, brochures, etc.), and conducted offline campaigns on the University of Toronto campus to spread awareness.
• Collaborated with other advertising agencies to produce an interview-based promotional video showcasing real-life examples to increase impact.
• Successfully raised awareness of sex trafficking among the youth population at the Mississauga campus, with over 100 participants and a 60% increase in social media engagement, effectively raising awareness of the issue in the community.

Capstone Design Project

• Designed and adapted business plans for a startup firm named Eventify with a limited budget and time.
• Communicated with the founder, listened for ideas and suggestions, organized meetings to record feedback during the project and conducted SWOT Analysis to identify weaknesses and potential opportunities.
• Created persona and case scenarios to prevent problems and analyzed market and financial research for marketing and promotion budget allocation estimation.
• Improved digital marketing methods, developed a distinct brand identity, and managed solid online competition. The founder strongly endorsed the prototypes created (logo, social media pages, etc.) in the final report.
