• Provided personalized Mandarin tutoring to primary and secondary school students, enhancing their language proficiency and cultural understanding.

• Familiar with whole transaction process routine and assist Logistics and Sales director to fulfill the contracts smoothly and timely.
• Track vessel selection progress and involve in Charter Party contract checking and following up to make sure the proposed bulk vessel is in good condition and suitable for cargo performance (Checking Vsl age, cargo loadable, stowage, freight, service, P& I member, gangs, gear cert to match port situation etc.)
• Monitor the cargo arrangements on overseas supplier side, surveil the progress of cargo shipments with vessel brokers and load port agent to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Assist Purchasing marine insurance in calculating insured amount of the delivery goods, making insurance purchasing order and checking insurance policy terms all accurately matched with transaction.
• Examine L/C terms, advise LC amendments if necessary and chase L/C issue progress on overseas customers to make sure L/C is issued correctly and timely according to contracts.
• Calculate the demurrage & freight fee and supervise B/L can be released without any delay.
• Prepare whole set of shipping documents strictly according to L/C terms (Invoice, bank application form, Bank draft, B/L drafting, Origin Cert, Inspection Cert etc.) and negotiate with bank.
• Keep close contact with overseas customer and provide reasonable service to ensure the goods well discharged until full contract payment well received.
• Documents filing, translation and provide ad-hoc duties when assigned.

• Manage the whole shipping routine and strategy efficient and best shipment schedule after fully analyze and consider different contracts requirements, warehouse stock situation and shipping line time table and service.
• Coordinate with multiple overseas clients, forwarders, banks and internal departments to ensure all clients' orders settled on timely and orderly basis.
• Arrange goods packing to warehouse and select most suitable forwarders to make smooth and timely goods delivery.
• Make finalized L/C format to Clients and monitor the L/C issue status.
• Responsible for handle whole set of shipping documents based on L/C terms (Invoice, Packing list, B/L, Application form, Bank draft, Origin cert etc.) and Liaise with banks on L/C negotiation.
• Actively explore new forwarders and maintain good relationships with current forwards to improve excellent shipping service and save freight.
• Handle related duties like performing goods outgoing in ITMS system, making weekly delivery reports, checking freight invoice and contracts payments well received, and filing.

• Manage all bank guarantee work for Group's three shipyards.
• Negotiate B/G terms and finalize the format with bank and shipowner by balancing own company's benefit and all parties' risks.
• Maintain good relationship with banks through visitations and participation in senior management meetings between the company and banks.
• Recommend the best banks to issue B/G to company CFO from guarantee work perspective after analyzing every banks' guarantee terms restrictions and standards, and service.
• Report B/G work status to company CFO & Sales Director, and provide reasonable suggestions to help push forward B/G work smoothly.
• Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure guarantee work smoothly carried on and completed.
• Assign the tasks to assistant to help complete whole guarantee work.
• Seek and apply suitable outside trainings for team to better perform roles and develop potential progress in the company.
• Oversaw daily operations of the Group's all bank guarantee work, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
