Work as a full stack engineer to build digital support experience for SAP:

• Built the Low-TCO integration solution: DSX Everywhere SDK. To make Built-in support Web widget can be easily embedded into any SAP web products with low effort configurations, and be highly customizable, context aware. Design the whole API of SDK and context metadata.
• Built the Built-in Support UI application form zero: offering digital support service based on context, eg: knowledge search, hot and trending content recommendation, instant expert chat conversation, and incident reporting. Also keep ensure app meet the security and ACC standards.
• Built the whole front-end tracking implementation in DSX : customer experience data will be collected and analyzed ,product owner can general some user insights from the report . Including the consent management.
• Shared knowledge: defined code standards and best practices, and run code review and pair programming:
• Being an Onboarding and integration consultant to help other SAP products integrat DSX: Collecting problems and requirements and bring customized solutions or deliver standard features to them.

Work as a Web engineer in Glow, a woman health care company:

• Responsible for the UI implementation of Clinic portal (CRM) and patient portal. Deliver features like Patient management, Chat, Billing, Check diagnosis.
• Besides it, implementing the dashboard of baby's growth activities in Glow Baby App.

Work as a Web developer in Agora, a real time engagement platform through voice, video, etc.

• Responsible for the UI implementations of all kinds of web product. Mainly focus on build the UI based on Vue for Agora Analytics, a quality diagnostic tool for audio and video communication.
• Besides it, run the usability testing inside company to collect the user’s behavior and feedback for the beta version of it.

Work as a Frontend Engineer for Convert lab DM Hub: digital marketing tools and solutions for B2C and O2O enterprises.

• Responsible for the UI implementation of Big Data products. Eg: Customer Persona, Some Business Analysis (Funnel, RFM, Customer Segmentation) and Dashboard in DM Hub.
• Besides it, design and maintain the common components like the Advanced Filter to other team members use it across each modules and keep the consistency in UI.
