  • Communicating with parents is essential to foster positive relationship with them
  • I believe as a centre principal, I am not only the backbone of my team but also the frontliner for them when they require assistance

  • Pictures of children’s activities were to be in the parents’ portal on regular basis, if not weekly

  • Reason for leaving: Supposed to work for family business
  • However, at the last minute, my sister informed me that she could not pay me and asked me to work else
  • If I did not decide to take her offer, I would have been with Carpe Diem till today.
