- Integrated the IT departments from all participating MOH Healthcare providers within the public healthcare institutions to deliver integrated electronic health records for every citizen and resident in Singapore covering their medical appointments, clinical notes, laboratory results, medications management, prescriptions and ancillary systems. Setup standards for interfacing among systems to deliver unified care for patients and elderly residents of nursing homes. Attained highest level for tech deployment for healthcare systems, measured on a global standard (HIMSS). Delivered Health Hub with one stop reporting for clinical records of every citizen and resident in Singapore. This became the platform for subsequent application for Covid control and monitoring. Established Decisions from Data Sciences practice for genomic and clinical data analytics covering all the clusters in healthcare.

Grew NCS from 700 to 5000 staff strong with revenues from $100M to $1Bn through organic growth, and then to $1.2Bn by acquisition of Singapore Computer Systems. Grew regional footprint of NCS to cover HK, SEA, Middle East, South Asia and Pacific Island countries for NCS’ Government solutions. Co-authored book on e-Governance in Asia. Established NCS’ vertical industry industries in Government, Financial and Securities Industry, Logistics, Education, Healthcare and Transportation sectors. Established offshoring practice in Suzhou and Chengdu.
