• Research: Researched and discovered 3 relevant graduate and management associate opportunities that were added to infographics from 12 accounting firms.
• Organization (Work preparation): Used data validation, today(), eomonth() and conditional formatting to organize daily tasks by day and time. Plotted important events and timelines on excel in Gantt chart format. Created structure map on Excel for over 100 files on MSTeams with direct links to team sections and folders and tooltips for each link for quick reference and navigation of folders and files.
• Teamwork and Process Improvement: Implemented Word drop down list content control for filling up work forms according to alphabetical order, reducing human typos and time to fill each form by 3-5 seconds for the administration and operations team.
• Learning: Finished 6-7 modules of assigned e-learning within 1 day. Self-learned basic work processes for handling enquiries on CPF exemption letters, credit bearing and non-credit bearing internships in a week.

Joined as Research Intern, administered different types of psychometric tests to children aged five that tests cognitive abilities in language and mathematical tasks as well as socio-emotional competencies using Theory of Mind (TOM). Took part in Special Interest Group and participated in training course for SPSS to broaden understanding of developmental psychology and statistical tools. Key accomplishment(s) as detailed below:

• Conducted literature review on bilingualism and impact on socio-emotional outcomes independently.
• Consolidated key findings into insights from over twenty literatures on bilingualism and socio-emotional wellbeing of Asians and Westerners in one week.
• Drafted thirteen-page proposal on two new research areas in the Singapore and Asian context in one week. In depth exploration of the link between bilingualism, academic performance and socio-emotional wellbeing and indirect effects of bilingualism on socio-emotional outcomes through its documented effects on neural development.
