Project Stage involved : Basement excavation , ERSS Works , RC Structure & Top down structure Construction up till now facade & interior Archi Works Stage

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager manage building & underground structure works from planning to completion ( Top Down Construction method)
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Prepare and execute project schedules
• Manage project teams and subcontractors
• Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.

• Liaising with SRE/RE & following up with RTOs on daily inspections

Project Stage involved : Controlled Demolition , Major Structure A&A works , Site Setting out and New Wall erection Fabrication of Interior fit out works )

Responsibilities ;

• Dealing with Relevant authorities on Manhole diversion , cable diversion
• Applying NCEs to authorities for excavation
• Execution of works in due care to prevent disruption of Operational facilities
• Liaising with Facility management team / client and keeping good relationship to ensure smooth progress of works
• Set work schedules, coordinated site facilities and monitored progress.

PROJECT : HTX OFFICE ( MEDIACORP BUILDING)

Role in Charge : Project Engineer ( Renovation of L11 & L12 office )

Project Stage involved : Major Structure Controlled Demolition , Site Setting Out & erection of New walls, Fabrication & installation of Carcass , Cabinets, Office Furniture's , Carpets, Vinyl Flooring

PROJECTS COMPLETED :

1) WEST SPRING ( 21 Units of 3 Story Factory units with Mezzanine Office and Canteen Block )

Project Stage involved : Site Possession to Defects liability Period & Handover of Factory Units to Tenants/ Clients

2) 2 Pioneer Sector 1 ( Multi Storey Factory units & Warehouse Facility )

Project Stage involved : Site Possession to RC Structure Stage

• Coordinated and facilitated onsite consultant, regulatory and client representative inspections.
• Assisted project team with conflict resolution between owner, contractor and subcontractor.
• Handle RFPs, RFIs and RFQs to keep project planning moving smoothly.
