• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, effective financial service operations and compliance
• Act as a single point of contact for the legal entity related financial topics and answer to ad-hoc questions
• Analyses the legal entity IFRS actual (IS,BS,cash flow) in a documented manner
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet items
• Reconciliation of intercompany differences
• Reading lease contracts and raising necessary information required to add leases to the accounts to assets team
• Coordinate the legal entity on a monthly, interim and annual closing
• Lead and coach Global Financial Services Teams and overall performance
• Maintain a holistic view of the legal entity transactions and solve unclear items
• Perform IFRS and Local GAAP Accounting
• Prepare tax postings and reports for the legal entity
• Drive automation and digitalization within the Global Financial Services
• Preparation and submission of GST
• Assist in annual audit requirement

• Checking accounts and notes receivable and accounts payable
• Examine statements to ensure accuracy
• Maintaining profit and loss reports
• Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations between the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers and between the general ledger and financial statements
• Prepare profit-and-loss statements and monthly closing
• Preparing annual financial statements
• Preparation of ECI and Annual Tax return to IRAS
• Reparation of Director's Statements for clients
• Review processing and computation of payroll and remittances of government mandated benefits
• Review monthly financial statement
• Review GST computation done by junior staff
• Review payroll for 20 and more employees and worked on the improvement of all accounting procedures to increase efficiency and reduce expenses
• Review of payments done by junior staff
• Raining new staff in our accounting software and procedures
• Suggest ways to reduce costs for clients, enhance revenues, improve profits
