• Attend Site meeting/ Technical meeting with consultant and assist with determination of project requirement.
• Assist in BIM-coordination and drafting of 3D/2D drawings for project assigned.
• Preparation and submission of material/equipment product catalogues.
• Procurement of major ACMV equipment such as CHILLER, CT, AHU, FCU, MV fan and etc.
• To prepare Equipment Requisition Order and received/check goods from supplier.
• Liaising and co-coordinating with main contractor, sub-contractor, and skilled worker for the execution of work.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure quality and correctness of the works carried out on site.
• Responsible to check/verify that works are in order prior to R.T.O inspection.
• To record in process inspection format.
• To update monthly progress claim and certified sub-contractor payment.
• Submission of activities and progress reports.
• To supervise the entire subordinate staffs, contractor, and workers.
• Oversee all site works to ensure compliance with job order.
• Conduct and implement safety awareness in accordance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health WSH statutory regulations.
• All paperwork & documents must be done/kept with done with due diligence in compliance to company ISO requirement.
