At Infineon Technologies I got to work with Automotive Microcontrollers with ISO 26262 standard and gained below expertise:
· Test Program Conversion- Module development, Integration, Validation, Debug and production release from J750 to V93K platform.
· Debug and Fix errors/bugs occurred in Production including:
- Scan-Diagnostic implementation.
- IDD DataHandler coding to detect early fallout in Wafer Testing.
- Flow changes leading to cost saving by avoiding wafer scraping.
Tessolve Semiconductors: (India)
5NM Graphic Processor (V93K SMT8):
This is a Graphics processor TP conversion project from standardized HDMT platform to V93K using LTH and smart scale cards:
- Pre-silicon activities for readiness of all DC and FUNC characterization vectors.
- Development, validation, and Debug of DC General IO - VIL/VIH, VOL/VOH, Leakage, Pull-up, Pull-down Measurements.
- Automated generation of .DBD, Levels, Timings files using Python Scripting.
- Developed test method to execute functional vectors with a provision to stop execution at first failing vector/after desired number of failing vectors and report them out in a scoreboard manner based on vector ID.
- Developed test method for In-Die Variation Probe (IDVP) to capture, calculate
and log Fublet Oscillator frequency data according to the client requirement.
- Data collection, Yield analysis, and report preparations.
5G AI based Telecommunication Chip (V93K SMT7):
Under this project I worked on a telecomm chip for 5G testing and other sensors:
- Reviewing Design documents to prepare test plan with all design specs, test strategies and programming conditions.
- Program development and vector validation for JTAG/BSDL across Process, Voltage, Temperature & split corners.
- Test Method/ code development to read back Process/Voltage/Temperature “Data_Codes” and converting them into required readings.
- Program Development and data collection for sensor calibrations and update/modify TRIM Codes based on the calibration data.
- Supported debug and validation for ATPG vectors.
Mixed Signal –10 Bit DAC (V93K SMT7):
This is a Quad 10-bit DAC TP development project with internal Non-Volatile Memory and compatible I2C interface:
- Reviewing Design documents to prepare test plan with all design specs, test strategies and programming conditions.
- Development and Debug of 17N march, CKB, iCKB Functional tests
- Development and Debug of stuck-at Vnom, Vhigh and Vmin Scan test
- Performed Parametric tests – Static (Standard and sleep mode) and Dynamic IDD, IDDQ, VDDmin read, write, and erase.
- Development and Debug of DAC tests - Offset, DNL, INL, gain error.
10NM FPGA – HDMT Tester (Intel Penang - Onsite):
Here I was engaged with Intel Penang to work on their FPGA products and got to gain knowledge on:
- Ownership of DC Modules in FM8 family of products – Development and Debug of DC Modules: Continuity, Leakage, Shorts and opens, EDM.
- Pre-Silicon activities to perform Load board validation using TDR and Power Scopeshot.
- Performed Distribution Analysis, Limit Analysis using 6Sigma, R-Square Analysis.
- Worked on Device Characterization for Product Release Qualification (PRQ)
- Continuous Improvement and Automation of TP Integration and Release Cycle.
- Across temperature testing and Cold Socket Elimination
- Test program optimization for test time reduction.
- Developed Post Processing Scripts for TP and data crunching using Python.
