-To be responsible for EGO team targets and quality improvement plans

-Coach, mentor and supervise junior EGOs in the team

-Plan and chair EGO related meeting

- Review client's progress and intervention needs through six monthly ISP and monitor their progress through feedback and consultation with parents and school personnels where applicable.

-Plan and facilitate school visits, for the purpose of promoting school integration

-Assess and provide transition support for clients

-provide educational and career pathway counselling for clients

-equip clients with skills to be career ready
