Basic Salary : $2440

Ability :

• Lead the Team to achieve monthly goal.
• Conduct daily briefing and monthly outlet meeting for setting goals, sharing important company information (promotions/new updates) , giving compliments for those who able achieved personal target, brainstorming new ideas and asking feedback from the Teams.
• Plan the whole outlet schedule 1 month before with set expectations to the staff Annual Leave is 1st come 1st serve based.
• Make sure staff's Annual Leave fully utilized before end of the year or not more than 30% of Annual Leave can be bring forward to next year.
• Monitoring and controlling Overtime claims , assist company manage labour expenses.
• Escalate and provide chronology when there is any complaints to the staff/outlets, provide action plan or took action towards to the staff involved.
• Ensure all display unit are functioning, secured and in working order.
• Ensure all stocks being organized on the racks in need and tidy order.
• Ensure the store overall condition is ready before store open.
• Ensure all staff engaged with SEED and checked by weekly.
• Maintain MPP (Machines Protection Plan) , Apple Accessories (iPad/Mac) attachment rate that provided from company.
