• Led design reviews and co-authored system and interface design documents.
• Led a team of engineers in conducting integration tests with overseas contractors.
• Formulated plans and procedures for on-site installation/checkout and acceptance tests.
• Steered the entire system safety effort in the project.

Test and evaluation (T&E) engineer and system safety lead for the acquisition of an off-the-shelf air defence weapon system.

• Pioneered new standard for safety assessment.
• Reviewed system validation test plan and report, and performed root cause analysis for failures.
• Reviewed system supplier's production/quality process to address workmanship issues.
