Support home room teacher with English lesson planing and materials preparing. Working with small groups to enhance students learning progress in different subjects.

Supervise students in line with the school’s code of conduct for behaviors and discipline ensuring their well being at all times.

Follow the school’s policies and procedures with regard to pastoral provision, complete student observations and feedback to the home room teacher.

• Conduct daily routine care and related duties.
• Assist in preparing and implementing the lessons and programs for the class.
• Evaluate students' performance by testing their graded reading, and other assessments.
• Work with small groups of students to enhance the learning process.
• Share ideas and exchange feedback with the home room teacher and the team.

• Teach Chinese language to pupils according to the learning center's curriculum.

• Update course materials based on curriculum plan, maintain students' attendance and academic record.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding their children's performance, parents gave positive feedback on their children's Mandarin work.

• Design, prepare and deliver Mandarin lessons and events to students at all levels, including native speakers and international learners.
• Set learning goals for students at the beginning of academic year, and students made good progress in all areas of their Mandarin skills by the end of academic year.
• Assign homework and home learning activities to students, parents understand their children's learning content better.
• Celebrate students' learning through performing dance and drama in Chinese New Year Assemblies.
• Design and prepare reading and writing test papers for students at all levels, and the test results contribute strong evidence to students' report.
• Provide progress reports based on formative and summative assessments and documenting the progress.
• Conduct Chinese Dance CCA, students enjoyed singing and dancing to the Mandarin songs.
• Attend parent-teacher conference, communicate with parents professionally regarding their children's academic performance and behaviour problems.
• Follow up with parents when necessary and most of parents gave positive feedback for the communications.

• Teach Mandarin for children from K1 to Year 6.
• Design, prepare and deliver Mandarin lesson to all level students including the Second Language speakers and foreign learners.
