  • As a direct sales, responsible for revenue growth with outbound E-commerce customers, including TEMU, Giskin, Cider, Dhgate, Chicpoint etc.

Revenue achievement and breakthroughs.

  • Drove the TEMU’s revenue from $500K in 2023 Q2 to $8M in 2023 Q3 with continuous efforts.
  • Led the first sign-off joint business program in 2023 with the aim to accelerate the revenue growth with YOY 60% for E-commerce customer Giskin compared with 2022.
  • Developed new premium outbound E-commerce customers and pushed them to start ad serving through the Snapchat platform, including Halara, Seoul Cider etc. Cider became one and only new customer among the top 10 customers in Snap CN markets in the 2022.


Built and maintained the relationships with key customers

  • Clarified the customer’s team structure and business model, pinpoints and KPIs requirement for different team. Approximately Estimated potential opportunities and risks as of some customers’ fluctuations.
  • Strong patience to keep in touch with their AMs and BDs, solved their concerns promptly and encouraged them to allocate more resources on Snap by premium and customized services from the powerful HC ENG team support.
  • Scheduled high level meetings with customers to demonstrate the Snap’s advantages. Serviced customers on a daily basis to address their concerns promptly, comforted them during unexpected incidents, and provided feedback to the HC of Snap. Leveraged Snap XFN resources to service customers and improve their expected performance, exploring solutions as much as possible.

  • As a TikTok Outbound Channel Sales Director who led a team of 5 team members, our team serviced various types of local agencies, such as performance agencies, BlueMedia, Yuchanobi, Woznet, creative agencies Guru, etc.

Revenue Achievements.

  • Consumption kept steady growth, contributing 34%-45% of total revenue with 150% YoY growth. (2021/1-2022/0)
  • Consumption of branding campaigns had a strong growth, which accounted for 15% of total revenue, including some gaming customers, Yotta, NetEase Tiansuo etc.

Agency Management and Empowerment

  • Under HC hiring incentive program, I led the team to push our big agencies to recruit more people (40+ people for one agency) and improve their hiring process, reviewed the comprehensive abilities for customer’s services.
  • Assisted agencies to recruit the qualified key person who was responsible for TikTok’s revenue goal and helped the agencies build up the executive team and trained them. Pushed the agencies to allocate more resources on TikTok and successfully encouraged our partner’s internal team to prioritize TikTok as Tier1.

Business Breakthroughs

  • Ensured that the agency have enough capabilities to handle with complicated campaigns, such as Tencent, NetEase, DTC and 3C etc.
  • Organized the 1st public workshops within half year, enhanced TikTok’s influential impact in each vertical such as EC, Gaming, APPs, collected leads and completed conversions.
  • Encouraged agencies to assist customers in managing their audit accounts, accounted for 17% of total ad spending.
