Process Design on Iso-Pentane Isomerization

  • Designed the process of 1,4-Butanediol via Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and simulating using Aspen Plus.
  • Optimized energy flow and operating costs by using Aspen Energy Analyze.
  • Drew the piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) after the optimization.

Study on Catalysts for Producing High-Value Products from Carbon Dioxide

  • Synthesized uniformly dispersed Fe₃O₄ microsphere catalysts via a hydrothermal method and compared them to commercial Fe₃O₄ powder catalysts.
  • Investigated the effect of different alkali metal loadings on catalyst performance and identified the optimal loading amount.
  • Characterized the Fe₃O₄ microsphere catalysts and alkali metal-loaded catalysts, analyzing changes in composition and structure during the reaction process.

Research on Cathode Materials in the Electrochemical Treatment Technology of Circulating Cooling Water

  • Explored the impact of various loading methods and tested on Q235 carbon steel sheets to analyze the effect on hydrogen absorption overpotential.
  • Investigated the influence of annealing temperatures on hydrogen absorption overpotential.
  • Examined the effects of annealing time and cycle count on hydrogen absorption overpotential.
  • Studied the impact of recycled molten material on hydrogen absorption overpotential in repeated applications.

  • Studied the performance of graphite felt electrodes loaded with graphene oxide to enhance electrochemical properties.
  • Investigated the effects of graphene oxide loading on conductivity, surface area, and electrode stability.
  • Evaluated the electrode's performance in various electrochemical applications, focusing on improving efficiency and durability.
  • Researched and optimized iron-based catalysts to improve the solubility of deposited substances and enhance overall electrode performance.

• Utilized Gelatin-HPA for 3D printing to simulate vascular structures, based on the phenomenon of interfacial polyelectrolyte complexation.

• Evaluated the Gelatin-HPA's impact on cell viability to assess its potential for biomedical applications.
